The Saltbox Inn & Stables offers four suites for lodging, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. All suites have private baths, independent climate control, cable TV and WIFI.  When out of town guests are arriveing for your wedding day, what better way to make their visit relaxing and convenient than to arrange their lodging at The Saltbox Inn?

The Carriage House Suite

This Suite is located in the Carriage House Addition on the west side of our home. The Carriage House Suite is 850 square feet of rustic elegance featuring an expansive living area which includes a walnut counter top wet bar and refrigerator, a huge gas fireplace, and a 60” flat panel HD TV with surround sound. 
The Carriage House Suite boasts a loft bedroom with a full bed, an exclusive dining room and spacious private bathroom. 
This suite offers a private entrance, pool views with a separate pool patio area and a convenient private bath entrance off the pool area. Heat and air conditioning is exclusively controlled by the occupant and this suite receives the advantage of restricted parking right beside the Carriage House Addition of our home. $175 a night. 

Jefferson Island Salt Suite

This Suite is located at the top of the old log staircase leading upstairs on the east side of our home. The outer wall of the suite is an old hand painted sign reclaimed from the side of a barn that says “Jefferson Island Salt 53 Miles”.  

The Jefferson Island Salt Suite is 500 square feet of rustic barn board and timbers containing 2 bedrooms with full sized beds and share a full bath between them.

The air conditioning is zoned for this side of the upstairs and controlled by the occupant. The private bath is roomy and comfortable. $175 a night. 



The Saltbox Suite

This suite is located in The Salt Box Addition on the east side of our home. The Salt Box Suite is 950 square feet of rustic charm featuring an expansive bedroom area with queen bed and includes a large master bath offering a claw foot bath tub. Pine floors and the tongue and groove wood ceiling add to the suite’s cabin character.  
The Salt Box Suite offers a large front porch with rap a round deck with separate entrance and patio area. The suite boasts of a unique living area up in the loft with a flat panel TV and office desk under 4 large sky lights.
Heat and air conditioning is exclusively controlled by the occupant and the suite has outstanding views of the pool though 10 windows along the south wall. $175 a night.

West Side Suite

The West Side suite is located on the west side of the home on the second floor. It is 500 square feet with two bedrooms and a bath. 

It is perfect for Mom, Dad and children as one bedroom is not so rustic with a queen bed (no barn wood for Mom and Dad) but the second bedroom is very rustic with bunk beds. It even has its own cool loft for the kids.

The shared full bath is located between the two bedrooms. The AC and heat are zoned for this side of the upstairs so you have climate control of both bedrooms and bath.  $175 a night.
